Terms and conditions (“Terms”) FOR WEBSITE AND PAYMENT SERVICE USE

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the http://www.serresdparisien.ca operated by Serres D. Parisien (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of our website and enclosed service are conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the site. By accessing or using the website you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the site.

Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the “Store” component of our site, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your purchase including, without limitation, your name, contact information, as well as credit card details.

All prices are in Canadian currency and are subject to change without notice. Availability of products is limited to what we grow; therefore, we may need to remove products from our store accordingly.  We reserve the right to substitute unavailable items with the closest equivalent products or to refund any purchase that cannot be fulfilled.

Shipping  and Pick Up Policy

Serres D. Parisien does not provide a shipping service. Once orders are ready, we will contact customers by email or telephone to set a pick up time at the following address:

 All products ordered on-line or by phone must be picked- up in person within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time.

Refund policy

Live product sales are final. We do not provide exchanges or refunds in order to limit possible diseases and destructive insects from contaminating our greenhouse complex. Empty containers purchased to make own arrangements can be returned with receipt within 14 days if they clearly indicate no signs of use.

Content

Our website allows you to browse, shop, and purchase products by accessing the available information, text, photos, videos, or other material (“Content”). Content is not embedded from other websites, it is provided directly by Serres D. Parisien. All photos are for reference only.  Actual plants/products may differ from pictures used for different reasons including but not limited to the growth cycle of the plant, hybrid variations, and colour setting of computer monitors. The website also facilitates completion of orders by allowing you to complete a payment transaction through our selected third party service.

Our company’s website uses third-party services for order processing and payment purposes that are not owned or controlled by Serres D. Parisien.

Serres D. Parisien has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Serres D. Parisien shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such websites or services.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Storage and Transfer of Your Personal Data

The security of your personal data is essential to us, and to protect your data, we use commercially reasonable precautions, such as security software, physical security features and strict policy guidelines to safeguard the privacy of our users’ personal information; we are also committed to constantly improving our security measures as new technology is made available. We work diligently to protect the safety of customers’ on-line purchases and sensitive information by using authentication technology (certificates) and encryption technology (SSL). Our Payment Portal Operator uses secure server software which encrypts all personal information, including credit card information, which is transmitted over the Internet to and from Nuvei Technologies websites.

We contract with the third parties to supply products or services to you on our behalf. This includes payment processing. In some cases, those third parties may require access to some or all of your personal data that we hold.
